It took me a little to research a little bit because the instructions weren't great, neither was the product description.The product comes with three lights, which are green, red and blue. According to looking online, each color has a specific function which, depending on what you are looking to do, is the color you need to use. For example, red light is mostly used for anti-aging and promoting collagen production, green is for smooth wrinkles and fine lines and lastly, blue light is to smooth inflammation and calm sensitive skin. However, this is better to have it confirm with the seller of this product. The other function is vibration, which is recommended to use in the face and neck for lifting. It takes 2 hours to charge fully and is really lightweight and easy carryAnother aspect that I would like to mention somewhere is if people have specific conditions like vitiligo or really dry skin can be used and any products/instructions to improve the effects. Related to skin conditions, which in the case of vitiligo, you will always recommend consulting with a doctor because, depending on the severity of your condition, you can or not use it (more than mild). It might be better not to use it). Lastly, about products that help improve the effects, pre-preparation instructions and aftercare. The instructions mention "follow the skin care routine", which you need to make sure that in your skin care, without including before using the product the following: moisturizers (without any fragrance) and face serums that contain medical grade ingredients and specific vitamins, can be the best treatment for double chin. Follow by good hydration skin care and drink a lot of water to ensure your skin is well hydrated. To see significant results, this should be used every morning and night.Still, this does do the job, but for better results combine using this product with exercise and diet.

I've incorporated using this in my night-time routine. I'm not sure that it's overall working to firm and tone and haven't noticed anything different yet. And maybe it won't but we will see. The massaging does feel nice on the face with any setting. It doesn't "heat" to a very warm setting at all, so I don't know how that will make any difference. I was really hoping that this would actually have a metal element to it but it is all made of plastic. It's very interesting that the massaging stops every time it's lifted off your face as well. But I'll keep using it to see if it actually makes a long term difference.
