26-08-2024Had a slight issue with UPS delivering to the wrong address but that wasn't the sellers fault. In fact I immediately reach out to them when the package wasn't at my home and they were ready to help if needing to file a claim. After retreiving my package from the neighbors house, I was able to present this to my daughter for her birthday which was an upgrade from her iphone 7. She is so happy and loves the phone.

26-08-2024My previous 5 years old iPhone was running out of steam. Newer iPhones don't even support physical SIM card which is a must for me. I went for the renewed 13PM given the price is fairly economical and performance is good enough for me.Got the phone 2 days later from Fedex, activated without an issue, everything works, battery life at 89%.I'm able to use both physical sim and esim just like my previous XS.The phone came with a glass screen protector but unfortunately there was a small piece of dust under it.I removed the protector, which then revealed some minor scratch on the screen, barely noticeable and invisible when screen is on. Not gonna complain about that.

26-08-2024Seller sent me a phone that did not work. I could not hear calls. I could not find out the phone didn't work until I paid to activate the phone. They would not refund my cost for activation. a waste of my time and money. Last phone I buy from Amazon. $26.30 wasted and hours of my time.
