This provided no suction. I thought that might be due to a poor fit. So I ordered the Silicone Pump Sleeve accessory that was claimed to improve the seal and the suction. It made no difference. So I took a closer look and found that the hose end that connects to the tube was missing the rubber washer that would prevent leaks. (Other reviewers say theirs was also missing this part). At that point, the returned period had ended.I hoped that the seller, Eden Health, would send me the missing part. They do not provide any contact information. What they do provide is a link for support, which was supped to directs me to the product maker, Blush Novelties. Both the web link and phone number on the support page reached a furniture maker. I contacted Amazon customer support, and even they could not find any contact information.The whole thing sucks - but not in a good way.

This is one of the more reliable exercise devices I've owned. It seems to be much more effective than water-based devices like Bath Mate, which I've used in the recent past; was left entirely unimpressed by its poor performance. The cylinder is of good quality and should last a long time under normal usage and care. By itself, the "Blush Performance" model(s) isn't as good as it (they) could be straight out of the packaging.First of all, you'll need to purchase accessories like the Blush Performance Advanced Universal Silicone Pump Sleeve to ensure a good seal while maintaining adequate suction along with an appropriately sized ring/device for your scrotum to keep the pump from sucking one of your testicles into the cylinder.Secondly, the plastic hand pump is too weak and feels like an amateur device more than a serious piece of equipment you can rely upon to help achieve your health goal(s). It couldn't maintain any decent strength passed -5, and it seemed to loose suction too quickly. To resolve this issue, I replaced it with a steel-based negative suction piston; works so much better than anything that's hard-plastic based.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It's reliable and safe to use under normal circumstances as well as easy to keep clean and not too large to stow away in a decently safe place.

I ordered two of these, thinking maybe the first one was defective because you can't return them. It mentions adding the silicon seal, but neither of them arrived with this part. It's a total waste of money.
