11-12-2024I am very pleasantly surprised at how well this massager works to tighten the extra skin under my chin. I take it with me when I am waiting in the school pick up line at school (using it 5x weekly) I notice a difference in my skin, electricity when I use it.It has an automatic timer & shuts off after 15 minutes so you don’t overuse it.Good machine for the price.Thanks!

11-12-2024Mine arrived very quickly but cannot be charged. I tried charging several different ways, as a few others have mentioned, and it is dead. So, off to find another option. This one is packaged nicely but the item appears to be very cheaply made.

11-12-2024As the title said, vibration stopped working after first few minutes of using. Lights worked fine and so did the heating. Thought it might of been a charging issue but no such luck. Will buy another brand after return processes.
