We do a lot of canning and baking and home cooking that requires a lot of slicing and dicing and shredding, such as corn relish, salsa, stewed tomatoes and zucchini breads, salads, Zoodles etc. This is very very helpful and the results are perfect. Just "be careful" as the shredder and slicer are sharp!
