11-12-2024Unit arrived quickly in good shape. Instructions could be made clearer but if you have done your research on IPL then you should know how to operate it smoothly. Everything works well. Comes with glasses and an included disposable razor. So far unit works as expected but with any IPL, it will take time to show results and that will be telling on the device’s worth.

11-12-2024My wife has tried other hair removal lasers and they worked great for a few weeks and then quit working.We are hoping that this one works as well / better and should last a lifetime with the warranty.

11-12-2024Product arrived on time and is light weight. I mostly chose this one because it’s a sage green which is my favorite color. I haven’t started using yet but be weary it is not suitable for all skin tones. I don’t recall seeing this in the listing, and it definitely should be there. I can understand wanting to make sure it’s safe; however, the two shades the manual claims cannot be used with the product are literally within one shade of the darkest skin tone it says can use it. One of them even looks lighter and they just have different undertones. So, I have concerns with offering the customer base the actual resources necessary to determine if this product is safe for them to use. Given that I am not dark skin myself, this doesn’t affect my personal experience with the product, but that definitely should be something the company approaches with more discretion and clarification for a large part of their potential customer base. It does come with a lifetime warranty which is great!
