18-12-2024Yes, the back is short. Yes, the fabric doesn't stay taught. BUT. We love it. It was easy to open and assemble, smack around & move around. Color is nice, it's soft & cozy. It is SO THICK & firm.I'm 5'1 & am very comfortable on it. My husband is 6'2& he enjoys it, just needs a thicker pillow behind him. Ours free floats in the middle of the room, but against a wall would be perfect.

18-12-2024This couch is great. I’ve had it for about a week now and it seems to have expanded and really filled out. It’s so soft but also quite firm when sitting/laying down on it which I like. The back pillows provide fine back support if positioned correctly. I was skeptical about vacuum sealed packaging they came it but there were absolutely no issues. I’m curious to see how durable it will be after a couple years. Great buy for the price.

18-12-2024Couch is easy to assemble, ie, it's air vacuumed and once you cut the plastic it "explodes" into a couch. It is super comfortable, pretty firm, but memory foam mattress like. The fabric is super soft but not removable. Only concern for me is how well I can clean it in an accidental spill occurs, so we shall see. It's exactly as pictured aside from the outer part needing to be adjusted once inflated fully. It doesn't have much back support, only about 6 inches of a backing, which is okay for us. The price... although kind of high, is decent for this couch in comparison to other sectionals on the market. Overall, I enjoy the purchase for what we needed but may not suit everyone's needs
