Tips that we hope will help you:
1.When you receive the machine, charge it for 3-5 hours first, please make sure the base switch is alighed with the magnet. When fully charged, the indicator light stays on. For safety, press the switch will not start blending while charging.
2.Please clean the bottle. After adding the ingredients, tighten the lid and ensure the base switch is alighed with the magnet, click the button once to start blending (light flashes green).
3. If you don't use it for a long time, please also take it out occasionally to fully charge it for 3-5 hours to ensure prolonged battery life.

29-08-2024So I really liked the concept behind this, but there is a major problem with the design. First, to operate it the bottle has to be *very* tightly screwed onto the power base. I mean, it's a struggle. The more times I used it, the harder it seemed to get get the base screwed on. Now the second problem. After less than two months use, the motor burned out with a smokey smell. I didn't put anything in it except frozen fruit. Unfortunately its too late to return it or I would :-(
