This Position Cushion arrived in sealed plastic, so you know it wasn't used before.It was easy to inflate, about 7 breathes. We put it to use and we used it hard!It didn't deflate, and surprisingly held up very well during the evening!!It cleans fairly easily. We used it several times now and it still has not lost any air.The position dice is a nice added bonus and we use it to try different/new positions.It really adds to the excitement!

I like that it is inflatable for portability and easy to throw in our luggage while being somewhat discrete. It was very easy to inflate with a few good breaths.I don't trust the integrity of the pillow on a hard surface like the floor, but on the bed it works fine.We didn't really use the die since we already know what we like.

This inflatable cushion is a nice idea, but the shape isn't great:* If you lie on your back and have this hold your hips up, the angle is too sever. I have other wedge pillows that are longer/have a more gentle decline that goes most of the way up the back before running out, and that works well. This folds you into an uncomfortable position.* If you lie on your stomach and have this hold your hips up, it is not tall enough. You might as well use a regular pillow.Combined with regular pillows you can make it work, but on its own it's not really an ideal shape.The main pro of this is the fact that it is inflatable and thus portable. I will use it when on vacation, but probably not when at home.
