I would say you need to be 1.5 thick to use this. I am almost 2 so it makes it quite fat where I am inserted but it give some length and then some incredible girth as well. Wife loves it.Fun to spice things up but we are toy fans.

This is a very nice, realistic extender that can be cut to a custom size for any guy. Super stretchy and you can easily pull and fold it without deformation. The 3 extra inches at the tip are very solid and meaty so no worries about floppiness once trimmed to size. This thing is beefy, but not comically so like the Fat Jack or Shane one. I do prefer the Size Matters 2 inch one for its realism, feel and not so crazy size, but when this when gets broken out, I go from average to Tommy Lee and you honestly can't beat that.All that said, it's not perfect. I do wish the extender was even more realistic: less comically vein-y and, like other extenders, come with the faux-urethra slit at the tip. Also, perhaps a tiny resevoir inside in the tip for better suction and "room" for whatever comes... Y'know. When you make your cut, try leaving just a little extra room at first and see how it performs, suction and firmness. You can always cut a little more off later.In summation, it's not the fattest or most detailed extender on the market, but it is probably the best 3-inch extender of the lot in my opinion.
