I’ve been needing some help for after the gym on busy days. This has helped tremendously with breakouts when I’m unable to wash my face after the gym. I have been dealing with an adult breakout for the better part of a year. I was SO over it. I decided to revamp my entire routine, and part of that revamp was purchasing this spray. My skin has completely healed itself and I am so relieved. At first, I was just spraying this on and letting it air dry as mentioned in the directions. However, after a few weeks, I decided to apply it to a cotton round, and swipe my face similar to a toner and it was game changing. I use it twice a day - in the morning after cleansing before any other products, and at night after cleansing before bed. I apply a generous amount to the pad and swipe away. If I do have a breakout, I start there, and then get a new pad and finish my face although that's probably not required. The reason why this smells like chlorine/bleach is because it's a derivative of that, but not the same chemically structured; don't PANIC. It's completely safe. If you have ever seen commercials for "Force of N@ture" spray cleaner,? It's effectively identical. Simple changes to the structures of chemical compounds make wildly different end ingredients.Hypochlorous Acid lives within you; it’s the substance your white blood cells that are created to fight bacterial infections. It’s also the active ingredient in electrolyzed water. Electrolyzed water is made when electricity is used to change the chemical structure of salt, water & vinegar into a disinfectant as effective as bleach, but with no harmful chemicals, fumes, or residues. This is so safe it can be used on babies, and food grade surfaces, however, it would be expensive to use as such. The more I researched about these ingredients, the more I loved it and I found out that it's FDA approved to use in medical facilities, surgeries, and hospitals. It's completely safe and extremely effective. It also kills mold, so antifungal in addition to anti microbial and anti-bacterial. As with nearly anything in life, some people may be sensitive or react if they have an allergy. For me, even using this on open wounds has been completely painless. I am so happy I found this product.

My daughter would break out and get zits on her face from sweating during sports. We got this and she uses it every time after practices/games end. Her skin has drastically improved with no more break outs after sports. I suggest this to all fellow sports people who break out from sweat. It's really easy to use, just spray on your face after practice/game then let air dry!
