26-08-2024Great durable phone with a lot of storage. Easy to install SD card, battery life is great and will run all day on a full charge. Charges quickly too. Has a lot of storage space and was easy to transfer info from old phone to this one. Great value for the money and even better quality. Couldn't be happier. Picture is nice and clear with large screen. USB-C charger cord enclosed. Very nice phone and all features work very well.

26-08-2024I purchased this Samsung A14 phone for my mom. She had been using an old S9. She had no problems using this one. I set it up for her to be able to use her voice to.access many commands. It also tells her who is calling from her phone book or if it’s spam it was really easy to set up. I would suggest getting Verizon to help you set up with the SIM card. The customer service reps for Total Wireless were no help at all.I tried talking to them for a week with NOTHING getting solved. It was a complete waste time. I even tried to reach the home office but again they give you the customer support number and basically hang up on you. I would suggest going with a different phone service. The phone is available through all other carriers.The phone is great. It’s nice that it is the new one with 5G. The price of the phone was great with all its featuresWe got a very good deal.

26-08-2024Phone was good but After I paid for th3 plan and thought I was good to go , making a call, it not sending text not sending.call maintainenace and they said 2dys they r working on the service.
